Ged Waring

Ged Waring is Seatwave’s VP Technology. He joined the company in July 2006 bringing with him 19 years experience in software development, most of which was spent in high volume OLTP environments and began on IBM mid-range legal, financial and accounting systems.

Ged is responsible for making sure that Seatwave’s website works effectively and securely.

Prior to joining Seatwave, Ged was Technical Director at a leading London-based software company specialising in event ticketing and marketing, where he led the technology group that build ticketing systems installed in 80% of West End theatre box offices. Clients included large arts and events organisations including See Tickets, Barbican and Tate Galleries, Royal Ascot and Ambassador Theatre Group.

Ged lives in London with his wife.
