LONDON IRISH AND SALE SHARKS APPOINT SEATWAVE

Safe and secure service for customers makes Seatwave partner of choice


London: 17 September 2007: Seatwave, the UK’s largest fan-to-fan ticket exchange has been appointed by London Irish, the Premiership rugby union club and Sale Sharks, the Guinness Premiership Champions 2006 to assist with ticket sales. Seatwave will become London Irish’s Official Online Ticketing Partner and will run the Official Season Ticket Exchange for Sale Sharks.

London Irish will provide Seatwave with a significant allocation of tickets per match, starting from the first match on the 23rd September. For Sale Sharks, Seatwave will become the Official Season Ticket Exchange, where Season Ticket Holders, unable to attend a game, can re-sell tickets from their season pass. Seatwave will also have a primary ticket allocation that it will be selling on behalf of Sale Sharks for every home match.

In addition, Seatwave will become an official kit sponsor for London Irish and Sale Sharks. Both clubs will also run Seatwave ads in all programmes and perimeter boards throughout home matches.
